We are owners or manage owner friends vans, taking care of several Static Caravans for hire on Marton Mere Holiday Village,Blackpool. There are Platinum, Prestige & Deluxe all modern vans - most are heated throughout for all those chilly nights in Spring & Autumn. Our aim is to provide a carefree holiday for that well earned break to relax & enjoy. We do stay in all our vans, when available, to check & replace any damage, worn or missing itinerary. It also helps if customers inform us of any things we should look at, to help keep the vans well maintained allowing for comfortable living.All are well maintained home from home static caravans, Platinum or Prestige models with Heating to all rooms for those chilly nights in Spring & Autumn. We can also cater for larger parties as there are limited vans in close proximity to each other. Whether you want nightlife or nature, you can get the best of both worlds at Marton Mere Holiday Village With the bright lights of Blackpool only 3 miles away & Marton Mere Village set in it's own nature reserve, There is always something exciting to go to. Then there are the world famous Blackpool Illuminations, 7 miles of of lights and a great party atmosphere. This takes place between the 30th Aug & 3rd November. As Marton Mere is situated in the heart of Blackpool, this is one event not to be missed. Upbeat on Park facilities rivaling the best of Blackpool, children will just love the huge Splash Zone, Indoor Pool featuring Wave Riders & Aqua jets. Dry em' off then explore with the Family Park Rangers or a look round the village on the Daisy Bikes. Ride the Lights 27th August 2013 No Cars! - You have got that at Ride the Lights when thousands of riders enjoy as a special preview of Blackpool's world famous Illuminations from their saddle as pedal power takes over the promenade. Blackpool Illuminations 30th August - 10th November Please note that the lights are open a further week The Lights have certainly come along way from humble beginnings since1879 when only 8 Arc Lamps were use to over a million lamps at last count.

What's close by? - (Walking Distance) We are pleased with the Park amenities, holiday home locations etc. & feel that the caravans are ideally placed for those who wish to have a relaxing (well earned) holiday or for those seeking a more adventurous holiday, i.e. the Marton Mere Bird Sanctuary, Blackpool Golf Coarse are all within walking distance For all those bargain hunters-don't forget the car boot-every Sunday-Turn left at Traffic lights just outside the park, & the car boot is directly after the Petrol Station on the left. What's close by? - (Short Drive) Apart from Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the Golden Mile, Blackpool Tower & shopping centre. There is Blackpool Zoo, Stanley Park, the beautiful towns of Lytham St. Anne's, Fleetwood & Cleaveleys are only a short drive from the site. Morecome Bay, Lancaster, Camelot Theme Park & the Lake District also make a good day out For cheap meals out (instead of cooking in the van) the Clifton Arms serve reasonably priced meals & a good pint. For shopping - Tesco's, ASDA, McDonald's, Blockbusters, Chinese & chip shop are all within 1 mile from the Site.  World Firework Championships 6th Sept - 27th Sept 2013 Watch the worlds top firework teams battle it out in the skies over the resort.
